For your convenience, we use local banks. If the local banks cannot meet your needs, we also work with specialty banks throughout the country to find the right loan for you.

We offer first, second and third mortgage loans; re-financing to obtain a lower mortgage rate and unsecured loans. There is never a penalty for paying our loans off early. Furthermore, the loan interest for home improvement loans is often tax-deductible.

We always ensure our customers are satisfied with their financing terms before we begin their home improvement project. Upon finding a suitable loan for you, our reps go over each detail of the loan to ensure your approval. We never ask for any money down - we don't get paid until your home improvement project is complete.
